PDC LESSON 2.31 DESIGN - PIT-GARDEN GOOD FOR SANDY SOILS

 

Pit garden Good for sandy soils

 

1.       dig a pit- similar to the banana circle concept

2.       dig a pit, line with heavy duty plastic,

3.      fill with dirt,

4.      lay the pipes from the grey water from the house onto that and

5.      backfill with soil and organic matter.
