PDC LESSON 2.39 DESIGN – PERGOLA WITH LIGHT VINES

Things to consider when shopping for a gazebo

Material

The material of your gazebo can change the whole aesthetic of your outdoor space. They are available in wood, steel, aluminium and canvas.

shape

Pavilions come in four basic shapes: octagon, hexagon, square and rectangle.

size

From small to extra-large, the size of your gazebo will depend on how much space you have in your garden. If you entertain a lot, a large gazebo with lots of coverage is your best bet. Remember to measure before you buy!

Note: Would you like a gazebo but don't have the space? The slimmer gazebo offers all the benefits of a full-size gazebo but takes up half the space. Installed on the side of the house, slimmer gazebos feature a sliding roof and curtains

Around their pergola on the posts, it is possible to plant vines there. Of course, there are several types of wine, so you have to make sure that you buy climbing vines, i.e. vine plants, you also have to cut the vine so that it grows upwards, i.e. not in width, but in height. Here you should get in touch with your local seed dealer who will give you the right variety.
