PDC LESSON 4.0 SOIL - LIVING SOIL

 

Living soil

The daily miracles that occur in the soil are astounding.

Electrical currents, enzymes. bacteria, fungi and minerals are at the bottom of this wonderful chain of events that gives life to the soil. Positive and negative charges with the aid of moisture for conductivity set of a chain of events that bring the very forces of life into action! Enzymes, a type of protein that act like catalysts, make the inorganic minerals available to living matter. The link from rock to living form is brought about by the action of enzymes through the action of electrical charges.  

 

The foundation of life is there before us, and we can nurture and sustain it for our benefit. When food is grown in soil that has all the life-giving forces in place it can’t help but produce healthy plants. The right minerals in the right proportions will be made available to that plant and that plant will impart these minerals to us.

This is the basis for nutrient dense food.
